LeadsFlow AI is built by Pinaki Basu, a Firm Senior Manager at one of the world's Top 4 audit and consulting firms, with 18+ years leading global operations, automation and compliance across the US, India, Mexico and Israel.
As portfolio owner for the firm's enterprise mobile technology program, he led a ground-up digital transformation — consolidating device ordering, mobile compliance, and telecom expense management (cost optimization, dispute resolution, invoice processing) onto a single automated platform integrated across multiple internal and external systems. He also pioneered the firm's first enterprise Home Internet program in the country — an industry-first initiative built from the ground up.
He holds a CISM certification, an ISO 27001 Lead Auditor credential, and an Executive MBA from IIM Calcutta.
